This issue impacts patient safety, access to care, patient and staff satisfaction, financial loss and is critical to address right now.(15 min)
    2. Discuss how the project was facilitated by staff (15 min)
    3. Discuss process improvement project. The design of this QI project was a pre and post-assessment of a new workflow. Pre-and post-intervention data were collected for the current number of procedures that were canceled or rescheduled. The workflow was trialed for one month, and the post-intervention data were collected three weeks after the project began. The project’s methodology will be that the new workflow will decrease canceled or rescheduled procedures.(15 min)
