This webinar is a brief introduction to the mind-body connection followed by a 40-minute direct experience including abdominal strengthening, exercises to release stress from the chest and back, and breathing postures and techniques. Participants will take away basic mind-body training tools for daily self-management.

LEARNING OUTCOME Participants will be able to describe how they can incorporate mind-body stress-reduction exercise techniques into their daily lives. 

The evaluation will be provided after the webinar has finished via email.
