Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is one of the leading causes of death due to cancer. In the United States, the incidence of HCC is expected to continue to rise over the next 15 years The purpose of the presentation is to review HCC : risk factors and staging. Controversies in logoregional treatments will be discussed including chemotherapy. A systematic review of the literature was performed.
