Marie Roman, a native of Philadelphia, graduated from Frankford Hospital School of Nursing Diploma program and The University of the State of New York BSN program in 1991. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner’s Master Degree in 2003 from Seton Hall University with specialization in Acute Care. Throughout her 27 year nursing career she has practiced in the areas of medical-surgical nursing, ICU, surgical oncology, clinical research trials, nursing education and management capacities. Since 1997, she had been passionate about interventional and general radiology starting at University of Pennsylvania and, most recently, at Abington-Jefferson Health. While she is passionate about all areas of radiology practice, her main interests lie in interventional oncology and women’s health within the radiology realm.   In December of 2016 she felt she could share her clinical experience in the industry setting and  she made the move to Guerbet LLC  as a medical science liaison where she uses her radiology background to interact with physicians and health care providers regarding research and educational needs.
