I have presented numerous sessions on Nurse Bullying. This has been, and continues to be, a topic discussed during ARIN Conferences. I believe the next logical step is to focus on the conversations that need to occur to decrease and eliminate bullying. While difficult to initiate, once the topic is raised, positive outcomes an occur.
