As the current healthcare environment changes, so must the world of pediatric radiology adapt.  Updated imaging techniques include new forms of contrast as in ultrasound and magnetic resonance enterography. Fast MRI is being used in cases of head trauma, magnetic encephalography for seizures, magnetic resonance urography for urinary tract conditions, and evaluation methods for appendicitis are changing.  These are among a few of the updates that will be highlighted in this presentation.
