She is an active member of ARIN and was a speaker and ARIN Spring Convention in Atlanta in 2015, as well as experience providing pediatric radiology nursing education at her local level. She is the project lead on the ARIN pediatric care in radiology Task Force. She is a member of the Red Cross blood advisory committee, the Association of California Nurse Leaders, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has recently been accepted to continue her studies at Yale University to pursue a Doctorate in nursing practice (DNP).
