Safety events in the MR environment have gained media attention for many years. Due to the complexity of the MR suite, the advancement of implants and onplants, and the increased need for MR imaging, it is vital that every organization has a comprehensive plan to ensure patient and team safety - every patient, every time. This session will explore recent MR Safety failures, pitfalls in the MR environment, and challenges to the team, including new devices, complex patient histories, staff turnover, and increasing demand for support.
