Presenter: Brenda Boone, PhD, RN, CRN

Brenda is currently a professor at the University of San Diego but was the APN for Imaging Services at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, CA. She has been a RN for 35 years and spent several years working in ED and Cath Lab with the last 13 years in Imaging. She received a BSN from the University of Wisconsin and a MSN from San Diego State University. She completed her PhD in Nursing at the University of San Diego. Brenda has conducted research involving nurse/physician collaboration and her doctoral research was on the work of nurses in Interventional Radiology.
